Chad Bringman — Founder & CEO
Chad Bringman has spent his career in rooms where the gap between where an organization was and where it needed to be was the most pressing problem nobody could explain.
As a senior leader, he watched organizations build sophisticated strategic plans that were obsolete before the ink dried. As a board member, he saw decisions made with data that never got converted into insight. As a consultant, he kept running into the same root cause: organizations were trying to change results without addressing what was driving behavior.
So he built a system to address it.
The BASE Methodology is the result of years of real-world work — applied across nonprofits, schools, healthcare organizations, and businesses — and refined through honest measurement. It was built in the field, tested on real problems, and checked against what actually moved the needle.
Chad is also the President and Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio and serves on the Woodmore Local Schools Board of Education. He has applied the BASE Methodology inside every organization he has led — because the framework does not make exceptions for where you are. Your BASE is your BASE, in every room you walk into.
