Which means leadership development that doesn’t address the BASE is surface-level work.
Our coaching is built around the BASE framework. We work with leaders to understand their own BASE — their knowledge gaps, the distance between their stated and demonstrated values, and the self-concept they’re leading from. Then we close the gaps, build principles, and connect it all to measurable outcomes.
This is not personality assessment followed by a report that lives in a drawer. It’s a system for understanding what’s driving your behavior as a leader — and a structured approach to changing what needs to change.

WHAT THE COACHING LOOKS LIKE
Individual Leadership Coaching — We start with a full BASE assessment: your knowledge of your stakeholders and role, your values and how consistently they show up, and your self-concept as a leader. We map the three gaps and score them. From there, we build your personal principles and a strategy for your own development.
Executive Team Alignment — We apply the same framework at the group level. Where is your leadership team’s collective Accountability Gap? Are the values the organization says it holds actually demonstrated in how the leadership team operates?

Our Plan
The goals for these initiatives include administering a proprietary 360+ evaluation tool, gathering information about personal characteristics and aligning them to personal core values, and understanding stakeholder expectations. The deliverables include a written summary of findings, recommendations, an implementation plan, and personal strategy development as needed.
