Tia Wurst | Chief Information Officer and Lead Strategist

Tia’s work is critical to both our company’s and our clients’ success. She oversees our product roadmap strategy and organizes, leads and manages our IT department.

In total, Tia has spent nearly 20 years designing, developing and implementing customer experience programs for enterprise automotive, hospitality, retail and financial clients. She also has approximately five years of experience designing, developing and implementing employee motivation/incentive programs for enterprise channel clients. Tia also spent eight years in management consulting with Ernst & Young, LLP.
