Additionally he is the Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio (RMHC) and has serves in CEO roles for more than 20 years He has influenced dynamic and hardworking teams of professionals in various roles and has used that experience to guide his work to "find a better way." Chad has followed his passion in delivering on the creation of first, the BASE Model and then Base Results LLC. Our passion is to provide focus to companies and individuals in practical and efficient ways. Chad is a self-proclaimed student when it comes to topics such as: leadership, strategy development and execution, communication – ultimately culture development that drives results. In his free time Chad loves time with his family including travel.

Tia oversees the overall product roadmap strategy as well as organizing, leading and managing the IT department for Base-Results. Tia has spent over 18 years designing, developing and implementing customer experience programs for enterprise automotive, hospitality, retail and financial clients. She has spent over 4 years designing, developing and implementing employee motivation/incentive programs for enterprise channel clients. She spent 8 years in management consulting with Ernst & Young LLP.

David currently leads data science for Base Results and has over 20 years of experience leading advanced analytics and data insights for automotive, financial, hospitality, and healthcare clients. Throughout his career he has leveraged advanced analytics, research and data science techniques to uncover insights that tell a story around complex data. Additionally, David has a long history in higher education where he currently serves The Ohio State University as Senior Director of Audience Insights and Research and has served as an adjunct clinical professor for The University of Toledo where he taught courses within the Research and Measurement program.
